This man and I work on the same wavelength as far as design goes. Maybe I should have become an industrial designer rather than graphic design. Anyway, this man put into words the design process that I enjoy most and would like to make a career doing. Now, I just need a workshop, some collateral, and a set of design objects to begin marketing.
One of my first projects over the summer was a bag that I designed and put together. I’d really like to make more of them. But, I need to find an industrial sewing machine first. My mother’s Kenmore wouldn’t handle the abuse of sewing several layers of canvas every day.
