The elegant round shape of a type A bulb will never be replaced entirely by the CFL. Or, maybe we’ll see. I don’t know. But, I love that round bulb of light. It seems so much nicer than the utilitarian swirl of a CFL. Will our grandchildren think that the CFL is a lovely shape? The LED will probably have taken over by then. But, I guess we’ll see. I’m interested to watch this one.
